The company's services are used by a global partner base of many of the world's largest registrars, ISP's, web hosting companies and affiliates in numerous countries. The Company also markets its services directly to end users.

RomNIC plays a critical supplier role in the infrastructure of the Internet in Romania acting as the exclusive wholesaler of all domain names ending in .co.ro, .ne.ro, .or.ro to a customer base of global end users and resellers.

RomNIC features registration others generic top level domains, forming a set of sector- and function-based descriptors for the Internet domain naming structure in Romania, including but not limited to .ac.ro, .gu.ro, .mil.ro. The latter are put at the disposition of Romanian high-schools and universities, the Romanian government and the Romanian military and consistent with its charter to support the higher education community and the Romanian state authorities, Internet Service Romania, S.A. pays the fees associated with the registration of names under these domains.

Internet Service Romania, S.A. provides the official websites for three major Romanian cities: Bucharest, Brasov and Constanta.
